TOP NEIGHBORHOODS IN MT JULIET, TN!!

 

 

 

Today we are going to be going through the top neighborhoods in Mount Juliet. So  Mt Juliet is one of the hottest cities in Middle Tennessee with a fast growing population of 39,000 currently with expectations of a population of 50k in the next 10 years.  So lets check out the first neighborhood! 

Baird Farms    First on the list is one of the most highly desired neighborhoods right around the corner from Providence shopping center in Mt. Juliet and that is Baird Farms.  Now this neighborhood is incredible with some of the most beautiful luxury homes you will ever see!! Most homes are around 3,000-4000 sq ft and priced between 750k and 850k.  There is an HOA but fees are not too bad at $72 a month and that includes their walking trail, very nice playground as well as a fantastic pool.  So if youre in that price range looking in the Nashville area this is definitely a neighborhood to check out

WINDTREE

  Another great new subdivision that is being built is Windtree by Beezer Homes. This is truly one of my favorite new neighborhoods in the city. First off its the location. Windtree is located less than 3 miles from Cedar Creek Marina which is one of the best Marinas in Middle Tennessee, Which, my wife and I actually got married at the Cedar Creek Yacht Club right down the road. Best decision she ever made! Lol Anyway, these homes are built very well, they have a luxurious feel to them with their hight ceilings, open floorplans and alot more. But as nice as the location and the homes are, the best thing about this community is the amenities.  I will have to say Windtree subdivision has the best amenities in town by a landslide!! Not only do they have a beautiful pool for the community but they also have a putting green, a pickleball court, basketball court, playground, fitness center and they even have a 9 hole frisbee golf course! 

 

WALTONS GROVE

Next up is Waltons Grove, another new construction by Meritage Homes. Another new neighborhood that just popped up recently. They have homes from 1800 sq ft to a little over 3000.  start around 500k up to around 650k.  And as far as amenities go they aren’t lacking on this either. They also have a community pool with a cabana as well as a pretty nice playground.  

 

OAKVALE

     Oakvale subdivision is another great community thats only a few years old, a few miles from Stewarts Ferry pike, and Pines Creek Golf Club.  This neighborhood has quite a few different type of home but all have the modern style with the brick exterior, with open floorplans, high ceilings and granite countertops and prices vary as well with homes that have recently sold from 465k up to around 675k. 

 

QUAD VALLEY 

 

Another great subdivision in Mount Juliet is a little bit more established and that is a quad oak valley. These brick homes range from $550,000 to $600,000 , most the homes or built in the earlier 2000s and I tell you what this is a pretty great area,  It does have an HOA with low fees of around $20 a month but that just is for grounds maintenance and maintenance of their walking trail but they are very relaxed with a lot of stuff. That even allow you to keep your RV or your boat at the property which I think that is very important If you like to keep your toys around!

 

TINNELL STATION 

 

 Tinnell station is an established neighborhood with most homes at least 20 years old, in this area most of the homes are single story brick but there are an occasional two-story here and there, these homes range  from 1100 ft² up to almost 3,000 and homes listed from 335,000 all the way up to $560,000 and one of the best things about this subdivision is that there is no HOA! 

 

WRIGHT FARMS

 

  Now wright farms is one of the more luxurious neighborhoods in Mount Juliet and It really is something else. The some of the older homes in the neighborhood are around $2,500 to 3,500 ft² but All of the newer homes are at least 3500 square foot but they all sit on half an acre or more.  One of the best things about this community I think is that they actually truly act as a community, they have community events all the time, they have a neighborhood watch And I even have a neighborhood book club!  And as far as amenities goes they have a really nice pool and clubhouse for all to enjoy! But with all that definitely comes with a hefty price tag, homes in this neighborhood range from $600,000 to well over a million.

  

HERRINGTON

Next up is the fairly new subdivision that is around 5 years old and that is Herrington subdivision.  This is another great neighborhood with beautiful brick homes with the average sq footage being around 3000 sq ft and average price of homes being around 700k. They also have a great clubhouse and pool for the community that everyone likes. 

WYNFIELD

 

  Last on the list in Wynfield subdivision, which these homes are primarily built by Pulte Homes.  And these homes are definitely  unique in the fact that majority of these homes have a balcony which you don’t see too much anymore, I actually grew up in a home with a balcony and honestly there was something about it that I truly loved.   also they are unique because of the fact that many of them have a mother in law suite.  In this neighborhood the majority of the homes are between 3000 and 4000 sq ft and have up to 6 bedrooms and priced between 600k and 750k. 

 

 Mount Juiliet is a fantastic town that is growing at a very rapid rate so obviously they will have a good amount of fantastic newer neighborhoods. Unfortunately with the amount of great neighborhoods they do I have I wasn’t able to showcase all of them.
